I am yet to find a person who doesn't like tempura, and the one here won't disappoint you either. What I found about the tempura here was that unlike some other places, the tempura here is quite long and with a surprisingly good quantity of shrimp inside. Other than that, the breading was great over the tempura and they were fried to perfection.
Meat is one of the essentials of everyday meals. The Korean's have turned meat into an art and the dish I tried today at Dae Jang Geum was just excellent. Quality wise, it is one of the best I've had (at least in Dhaka) portion wise, it was quite generous. You can see by the portion size that the Koreans love showing hospitality and that is just what we like!
The shrimp tempura was extremely large. In most places, the tempura can be consumed in two bites, but at this restaurant, the tempura was almost as large as my forearm. It was well cooked, and the sauce definitely enhanced the already-great taste!
The duck salad at Dae Jang Geum is one of the best salads in the world. Each mouthful provides you with an ambrosial mixture of tastes which are perfectly balanced. This item is simply perfect. A must try for foodies everywhere!
